Order Skin Booster Korean: The First 72 Hours After a Session in Seoul
Searched order skin booster Korean? In Seoul it is a doctor's injection, not a parcel. Here is the first 72 hours and what it means for your flight home.

Korean skin boosters such as Rejuran are injections a doctor places into the dermis. So if you typed “order skin booster Korean,” what you can really order is a session in Seoul. The vials sold online leave out the part that decides the result: where each drop lands, and how deep. Once you start planning the trip, a more practical worry tends to take over. Will the little bumps still be on your face when you board the flight home, or when you sit down to dinner with family?
For Rejuran, I do the consultation and the injection myself, by hand. The small raised bumps at each injection point usually settle in about one to three days, and mild redness in about one to two. Build your flight date around those two numbers.
If your trip is already taking shape, send your arrival and departure dates on WhatsApp with a daylight photo of the area that bothers you. Ask whether those dates leave room for the bumps to settle. Once your dates are in the message, the clinic replies with available times.
Can you order a Korean skin booster and use it at home?
Not in a way I'd be comfortable with. A skin booster only does its job if it reaches the dermis, the layer about 0.5 to 2 mm under the surface where collagen-making fibroblasts sit. That depth changes between your cheek and the skin under your eye.
A lot of what comes up when you search “order skin booster Korean” is vials and ampoules for sale. Rejuran Healer is PharmaResearch’s injectable PN (polynucleotide), made from salmon DNA, and my guide on what Rejuran is and how it works covers the background. Here, the delivery is what matters. Shallow injections hurt more, and when pain isn’t controlled the product tends to end up deeper than the dermis, where it does less.
Rubbing a booster serum on top doesn’t get around this. Healthy skin keeps out most large molecules. Dermatologists often cite a rough cutoff of about 500 daltons, and PN chains are far larger than that. Some people pair a serum with home microneedling to get past the barrier, but needling devices and whatever goes into the channels carry their own risks. I go through those in whether you need microneedling with a skin booster.

What happens on the day of your session
Every plan starts with a consultation. I sit down with you first and look at your skin: how thick it is, its texture, how sensitive it is. Only then do I decide where to inject, how deep and how much. Thickness is the number I care about most. Thin skin under the eyes and along the cheekbone means staying shallow at every single point.
I use four Rejuran products and pick one, or a combination, after that assessment. Rejuran Healer is the base PN booster for texture, firmness and fine lines. The version with hyaluronic acid is often chosen for dry skin that also needs hydration. One is made for the thin skin around the eyes, and one for depressed acne scars, which I explain in what a skin booster can do for acne marks.
For numbing, Rejuran here is paired with plasma 5-step anesthesia (5A+). You choose a level from 0+ to 5+. Level 0+ is the same as the numbing cream typically used in dermatology. How much you feel still differs from person to person, and I won’t tell you it never stings. Before you leave, I go over your aftercare with you.
How do the first 72 hours usually go?
The table follows the clinic’s own Rejuran aftercare guidance. Other skin boosters can behave differently, so ask about the one planned for you.
| When | What you may notice | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Session day | Small raised bumps at each point, some redness, a little stinging | Wash gently with lukewarm water; moisturizer and sunscreen |
| From 24 hours | Redness often fading within 1–2 days | Light makeup from 24 hours |
| Days 2–3 | Bumps usually settled within about 1–3 days | Still no sauna, steam room, hard exercise or harsh exfoliation |
The bumps are where the product sits for a short while before the skin absorbs it. Close up in a hotel mirror they look odd. Across a dinner table, much less so. Redness is usually the first thing to fade.
A systematic review of polynucleotide treatments in aesthetic medicine found side effects were mostly mild and short-lived, mainly at the injection points, and noted that better-designed trials are still needed. Results vary by individual, and that includes how quickly your own bumps fade.
So how many days should you set aside in Seoul?
I can't give you one number before I've seen your skin, but the general plan is clear. Book the session near the start of your stay, not the end. If you want the bumps gone before anyone photographs you, leave about three days between the session and the moment that matters, whether that’s the flight home, a wedding or family photos.
The aftercare limits are about heat, sweat and rubbing. If you’re in Seoul to see family, move the jjimjilbang outing and the hiking day to later in the week. Shopping, museums and long lunches fit the first days after.
Check the opening hours against your flights. The clinic is open Monday to Friday 10:00 to 20:00 and Saturday 10:00 to 16:00, and closed on Sundays and public holidays. If you land on a Saturday afternoon, your session will usually be on Monday. From Gimpo Airport, Line 9 runs to Yeouido Station, and the clinic is about 4 minutes on foot from Exit 4. From Incheon, limousine bus 6007 stops at Eugene Investment & Securities, about 5 minutes away on foot, and the limousine stop back to the airport is right in front of the clinic.
Doctor's note
If the only slot that fits is the morning of your flight, I'd rather you skip it this trip. The plane itself isn't my concern. My concern is you leaving with fresh bumps and nobody nearby to look at your skin during those first days. A booster can wait for your next visit.
If something is already fixed for the days after your session, like a wedding or a family photo, put that date in your WhatsApp message. Also mention any laser treatment you’ve had on your face in the past month.
Risks and side effects to know
The common reactions are temporary: raised bumps, redness, mild swelling and stinging where the needle went in. Small bruises can appear, especially under the eyes. Less often, any injection, Rejuran included, can lead to bleeding, infection or inflammation.
As a general medical rule, these people should wait or skip it:
- anyone with an active infection, inflamed acne or a cold sore in the area
- anyone who recently had laser or resurfacing treatment on that skin
- anyone taking isotretinoin
- anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding
- anyone allergic to fish or salmon-derived ingredients, since PN comes from salmon DNA
Bring a list of your medications to the consultation. Whether a booster suits you is decided at the in-person exam.
Once you're home, see a doctor where you live without waiting if you notice any of these: redness that spreads after day three, heat, pain that keeps building, pus or a fever. The US CDC’s medical tourism guidance suggests keeping copies of your records and planning follow-up care at home before you travel. That applies to an injection too. For the first few days, take one photo a day in the same light, so any doctor can see how your skin changed.
Which suits dry skin better, PN or PDRN?
PN and PDRN are often lumped together. Both are DNA fragments, usually from salmon. A review in Pharmaceutics describes PDRN as shorter fragments and PN as longer, more viscous chains that also act as a kind of scaffold in the skin. Rejuran is PN.
For dry skin, the Rejuran with hyaluronic acid is often the one chosen, because it adds hydration on top of the PN. I make that call after looking at your skin, not from a product list.
On “glass skin”: I plan anti-aging in a sequence, starting with skin quality, then lift, then tone. A booster belongs to that first step. The glossy look in photos online also depends on lighting, makeup and editing. My notes on how to read treatment photos posted online explain what to look for.
Why I inject it by hand
I’m a certified Rejuran Healer Expert and a Rejuran clinical advisor. The clinic is a Rejuran SVIP clinic selected by PharmaResearch and a 2026 Rejuran BLACK Membership clinic. Rejuran is a PharmaResearch product, and the vial is the same wherever it’s used. What I control is how accurately it reaches the thin dermis, point by point, which is why the injecting stays in my hands. Genuine product at the exact dose is a standing rule here.
