What is Rejuran? Rejuran is a skin booster. It is injected into the dermis to improve skin quality, not to add volume.
The active ingredient is polynucleotide (PN) extracted from salmon DNA. It is made by the Korean company PharmaResearch.
What Rejuran is used for
Doctors use the Rejuran skin booster for skin that looks thin, dry, rough or tired.
- Fine lines and loss of elasticity
- Dull or dehydrated texture
- Acne scars and uneven texture
- Skin stressed by masks, irritation or acne
What is in Rejuran
The ingredient is a polynucleotide, a chain of DNA fragments, taken from salmon. People search for it as Rejuran salmon DNA, PN or PDRN.
Your doctor chooses the product line and the injection depth based on your skin. Not every Rejuran product is meant for the same area, which is why a consultation comes first.
How a Rejuran treatment works
- Consultation. The doctor checks skin thickness and condition.
- Numbing. We use plasma 5-step anesthesia (5A+). See is Rejuran painful.
- Injection. Rejuran goes into the dermis. With Rejuran Healer the doctor injects by hand, point by point.
- Aftercare. You get instructions for the days after.
Is Rejuran a filler?
No. A filler adds volume. Rejuran is a skin booster aimed at skin quality: texture, elasticity and hydration. Doctors often plan it together with lifting.
How many sessions?
The doctor sets the number and spacing after examining your skin thickness and goals. We do not promise a fixed number before that assessment. Results vary by individual.
Why the doctor matters
The dermis is only about 0.5–2 mm thick. Reaching it evenly is a skill, which is why the same genuine product can give different results. Read why results differ.
