Stem-cell Return Therapy in Seoul: PRP skin regeneration
This therapy uses platelet-rich plasma (PRP) from your own blood. The growth factors in PRP are used to support the skin’s own repair and regeneration.
Results vary by individual.

Two things decide your Rejuran. We built the clinic around both.
People choosing a Rejuran clinic mostly weigh two things: how much it hurts, and how precisely and closely the injection reaches the dermis. This is where Time Return is strongest.
- Pain: plasma 5-step anesthesia (5A+)
Pick a level from 0+ to 5+ to match your tolerance. Standard numbing cream equals level 0+. Pain tolerance varies.
- Technique: close, even hand injection
A Rejuran result depends on how accurately and densely the injection fills the thin dermis. Ours is tight and even, built on a very large number of cases.
- The evidence
Rejuran SVIP clinic selected by PharmaResearch, 2026 BLACK Membership, 10,000+ cases. By the clinic’s own count, the most Rejuran procedures for a single clinic and a single doctor.

What the small bumps look like right after Rejuran.
Small raised bumps at the injection points are a common, short-lived reaction while the skin absorbs the product. They usually settle in about 1-3 days, and mild redness in about 1-2 days. It varies by person.

Rejuran by hand: many small injections, placed evenly in the dermis.
Rejuran is not one shot. It is many tiny injections across the skin, so the result depends on where each one lands and how evenly the area is covered. That is the second of the two things we build our Rejuran around.
Schematic only, not to scale. Both show the same depth; only the spacing differs.

What Rejuran puts in
Rejuran contains polynucleotide (PN) from salmon DNA, made by PharmaResearch. In laboratory studies, PN and the related PDRN are linked to adenosine A2A receptor signalling and to more active fibroblasts and matrix production. Human evidence is still more limited.[1]
- 02
Why placement matters
The dermis is thin: about 0.5-2 mm depending on the area. Cadaver and ultrasound work shows that needle length and angle decide whether the product lands inside the dermis or below it. Depth is a choice the hand makes at every point.[2]
- 03
What the “embo” is
Each small injection leaves a tiny raised bump (embo) where the product sits for a short time. At the clinic we see these usually settle in about 1-3 days. Fine needles and serial small injections into the dermis are a common way to place PN: in a 2024 survey of 235 Korean dermatologists, many used a 33G needle and serial puncture.[3] [4]

How we do it at Time Return
The doctor injects by hand and keeps the points closely and evenly spaced, adjusting depth, pressure and angle point by point. Plasma 5-step anesthesia (5A+) keeps that many-point method comfortable. This is our own approach. Spacing is set by the doctor for each person and area.
