The first 1-3 days ask for a little care, and that is all. Think of it as a gentle schedule, not a recovery ward.

Before the session: what to tell us

Your timeline starts before the needle. Tell us your arrival and departure dates when you message the clinic.

The doctor then checks your skin thickness, texture and sensitivity face to face. Those three things shape how the injection depth and amount are set for you. Thin or sensitive areas can feel more tender, so we plan with that in mind.

The day itself: hours 0 to 24

This is when the skin looks its most "just treated". These reactions are common and short-lived.

• Slight soreness. It tends to fade within hours to a day.
• Mild redness. It usually settles in about 1-2 days.
• Small bumps at the injection points. They usually settle in about 1-3 days.

Wash gently with lukewarm water. Hot water can make the skin flush more, so skip it today.

After 24 hours: can I wear makeup?

Yes, light makeup is fine from about 24 hours after the session. You do not have to hide in your hotel room.
