Dr Korea PDRN Reviews: What Should You Ask the Doctor Before Anything Is Injected?

Reading dr Korea pdrn reviews? They rarely show depth, dose or who injects. The questions to ask a Seoul doctor about PN and PDRN boosters, and what they mean.

Time Return Clinic in Yeouido, Seoul

If you've been reading “dr Korea pdrn reviews” to decide whether a Korean skin booster is worth the trip, there's a gap in them. They rate a product, while your result is decided mostly by the injection. The worry behind that search is usually plain: half the posts read like ads, and none of them says who actually held the needle.

For Rejuran at Time Return Clinic in Yeouido, that last question has a short answer. I handle everything myself, from the consultation to the injection, by hand. The rest of this page is the questions I'd want you to ask any doctor, me included, and what each answer tells you.

If you already have a product name or a clinic's reply you can't decode, send a screenshot of it on WhatsApp with your travel dates, and add the one question no post has answered for you.

What a write-up can show you, and what it can't

A good write-up tells you how booking went, whether someone explained things, and how the skin looked over the first days. That's useful. It can't tell you how deep each point went, how much product went in, or whether the person who consulted was the person who injected.

Polynucleotide boosters such as Rejuran work in the dermis, which sits roughly 0.5 to 2 mm below the surface depending on the area. That's where the collagen-making fibroblasts mostly live. Too shallow hurts more; too deep and the product lands below the layer it's meant for. No forum photo shows you which of those happened.

So I'd read dr Korea pdrn reviews for logistics and manners, and bring the medical questions to the doctor in person. If you're also comparing clinic photos, I've written about how to read Rejuran result photos, because lighting and the day a photo was taken change more than people expect.

Is it PN or PDRN, and does the difference matter?

In short, it matters enough to ask by name. PDRN and PN both come from salmon DNA. A review in Pharmaceutics comparing the two treats them as related but distinct ingredients.

In Korea the words get used loosely. Online, “PDRN” covers pharmacy serums, sheet masks and injections, which is why searches for Korean pharmacy PDRN and PDRN injections sit side by side. A cream and an injection are different things. Skin lets very little through once a molecule is much larger than about 500 daltons, as dermatology researchers have described for decades, and DNA fragments are far larger than that.

What I inject is Rejuran, PharmaResearch's PN product. We use four Rejuran products, and I choose which one, or which combination, after assessing your skin. For dry skin that needs hydration as well, the version combined with hyaluronic acid is often chosen; Rejuran HB or Rejuran Healer goes into that choice, and the S, I and H on a Rejuran menu explains the letters.

What the answer tells you: a doctor who names the exact product and says why it fits your skin has looked at your skin. A reply of “our PDRN” with no product name is a reason to ask again.

Who injects, and is it the doctor I'll meet first?

Ask it in exactly those words. The consultation and the injection are two separate steps, and nothing requires them to be done by the same person.

For Rejuran, I do both. I sit down with you first and check your skin's thickness, texture and sensitivity, and only then decide where and how much to inject. Thickness changes across one face: the skin around the eyes and beside the nose is thinner than the cheek, and the depth has to change with it.

I'm a certified Rejuran Healer Expert and a Rejuran clinical advisor, and PharmaResearch selected us as a Rejuran SVIP clinic. Treat those as the reason I can answer this question in detail. The answer you're listening for is simply whether you'll meet the person who injects. If you're still deciding which areas to include, full face, neck or lips covers what to ask about each.

How deep, by hand or by device, and how is pain handled?

Put simply, these two belong together. Shallow injections into the dermis hurt more, and when pain isn't controlled there's a pull toward injecting deeper, where the product does less.

I inject by hand, point by point, keeping the points closely and evenly spaced and adjusting depth, pressure and angle at each one. For pain we use plasma 5-step anesthesia (5A+), our own numbing program. You choose a level from 0+ to 5+, and 0+ is the same as standard numbing cream. Pain tolerance varies, and no level makes the injections feel like nothing.

What the answer tells you: if a doctor can explain how they keep you comfortable while staying shallow, they've thought about where the product ends up. Ask whether the method is hand injection or a device, and why that method suits your face.

Genuine product, full dose: ask to see it

Rejuran is the same genuine product at every clinic; the difference is how accurately it reaches the thin dermis. Genuine product at the exact dose is a standing rule here, and I'd rather you check it than take my word.

What will my skin look like on the day I fly home?

Plan for visible bumps for at least a day. Each injection point leaves a small raised bump while the product settles; these usually fade in about 1 to 3 days, and mild redness in about 1 to 2 days.

Light makeup is fine after 24 hours. For about a week, skip saunas, steam rooms, hot baths and hard exercise, and avoid alcohol and smoking for 1 to 2 weeks. On a trip that matters more than at home: a Korean spa day or a long night out belongs before your session, not after it.

We're open Monday to Friday 10:00 to 20:00 and Saturday 10:00 to 16:00, and closed on Sundays and public holidays. A Saturday session means the next day has no clinic open, so a weekday session with a day or two before your flight gives you more room.

Doctor's note

If I could ask you to bring one thing into the consultation, it would be a list of everything done to your face in the past year, with rough dates: boosters, lasers, fillers, threads. It tells me more about how your skin is likely to react than any post you've read. It can also change which product I'd reach for, and whether I'd start with your whole face or only part of it.

Risks, and who should wait

Any injection can cause bleeding, infection, inflammation, swelling or redness, and bruising is more likely where skin is thin. I explain these before treatment. Results vary by individual.

The research is encouraging but still young. A systematic review in the Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology found improvements in skin quality with polynucleotides, while noting that the studies differ widely in design and that larger controlled trials are still needed. None of the dr Korea pdrn reviews you've read can stand in for that evidence.

Because PN comes from salmon DNA, tell the doctor about any fish allergy. Whether you're a candidate at all is decided when I see your skin in person.

After you fly home, the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention suggests keeping copies of your records and planning follow-up care before you travel. For a skin booster, write down the product, the areas treated and the date, so a doctor at home knows exactly what went in.

Waits for my Rejuran appointments can run from weeks to months, so it helps to write early. Send your skin concern and the dates you'll be in Seoul on WhatsApp, and we reply with available times.

Questions we get about dr korea pdrn reviews

How many Rejuran sessions will I need?
I set the number and spacing after examining your skin thickness and goals. I don't promise a fixed number before that assessment, because a count given before anyone has seen your skin is a guess.
Can Rejuran be combined with lifting on the same trip?
Often, yes. We plan anti-aging in a sequence: skin quality first, then lift, then tone. TR Ultherran, for example, combines Ulthera, Thermage and Rejuran in one plan, with the amount of each set for your skin after the consultation.
Will I be able to talk to the doctor in English?
If language is a worry, mention it when you message so it's part of planning your visit.
How do I get to the clinic from the airport?
From Incheon, limousine bus 6007 stops at Eugene Investment & Securities, about five minutes on foot, and the limousine stop back to the airport is in front of the clinic. From Gimpo, Line 9 runs to Yeouido Station; Exit 4 is about four minutes' walk away.

Results vary by individual. Every procedure carries the possibility of side effects, explained before you agree to treatment. This article is general information from the clinic, not a diagnosis. Suitability is decided at the consultation.
